Seminar DescriptionThe class covers only the newest Hi Delta heaters, sizes 302B-2342B, used in hydronic, hot water and pool applications. The topics include design features and upgrades, new wiring schematics, the Central Point Wiring boards (CPW), troubleshooting, plumbing and venting section. Class topics also include an in depth discussion of the sequence of operation for each heater. The diagnostic boards have changed dramatically with the new “B” model. The new Universal Diagnostics board has the capacity to monitor 22 safeties and record up to 256 faults. Also the wiring connection has completely changed from the previous diagnostic board. The diagnostic boards are not backwards compatible to previous models and this class will explain why. These should be your biggest reasons for attending the class. The second day of the class will be “hands-on” troubleshooting. The “hands-on” session will last most of the day to ensure that everyone can troubleshoot the units quickly and efficiently. The cost of the classes is $250 for both days. Included in the class you will receive the training manual (first day ONLY and only one per person). In addition to these materials, we also breakfast in the morning and lunch at noon. The class hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A certificate of course completion is awarded at the end of class. Register early, as the class size is limited. |
